Amy Williams is a strategic and motivated leader who focuses on multiplying her impact by building and empowering her teams. As the COO of Marrow, Amy works directly with the business leaders in Marrow's portfolio, supporting them in their roles and building durable systems and processes. She enjoys wrangling the necessary chaos of startups and acquisitions to build lasting organizations that create mutual benefit.

Prior to her current position, Amy was the Director of Operations for Core Ventures, Marrow’s in-house recruiting firm, and in the distant past, worked as a whitewater rafting and backpacking guide with her (now) husband. Amy is a mom of four, wife to an entrepreneur, and voracious reader who likes to play outside as much as possible. She enjoys using her platform to speak and write about the tension of building a career while raising a family as well as leadership dynamics in the workplace and was recently recognized with the Colorado Biz GenXYZ award for top 50 young professionals in Denver.
