Stephen's passion and focus in his work is to develop people and organizations to maximize their potential to impact the common good. His career journey to Marrow started in a Fortune 50 global IT services company before moving to the non-profit sector. For over twenty years Stephen worked in various roles, different organizations, and even different countries! He helped build an online learning platform in the former Soviet Union, managed a division at the largest church in America, helped found a church in Denver (then a church network), and also started a consultative coaching practice where he first entered the Marrow world as a contractor.

Stephen is now a VP in Marrow Tech. He provides leadership and organizational development support for OutfIT, Rebar, and our first SaaS product, InFolk.
