Justin is a passionate leader with a vision of transforming the world through creativity and innovation. For 25 years, he has been the driving force behind the Marrow brand agency Rule29, an award-winning creative company determined to “make creative matter®”. As Marrow's Chief Brand Officer, he works with the company's leaders to maximize the impact of our Marrow brands.

Justin is an international speaker, author, teacher, LinkedIn Learning instructor, podcast host, and "do-gooder" who encourages others to look at the world from a different perspective. Through his strategic and design-oriented approach, he has been a leader in various social causes and has been recognized by prominent competitions and publications, including Fast Company, AIGA, Communication Arts, and The Webby Awards.
